You agree to the terms of service below, and the Terms of Use for Substack, the technology provider.
Rules of Engagement (Terms of Service)
1. Operational Boundaries (Disclaimer) Greedbane provides tactical analysis, labor rights education, and economic commentary.
I am not a lawyer. When I provide guides on documenting wage theft or auditing your paystub, I am giving you educational tools based on research and operational experience.
Verify your intel. Every state and union contract is different. Use the information provided here as a strategic baseline, but always verify local laws before you take legal action against an employer. I provide the map; you walk the path.
2. The “No Punching Down” Rule We are here to dismantle corrupt systems, not attack each other.
Target the machine. We attack corporate greed, private equity, and policy failures.
Zero tolerance. Racism, xenophobia, sexism, or “punching down” at other workers is an immediate ban. We do not blame foreign workers for corporate outsourcing; we blame the executives who signed the contracts.
Solidarity first. If you are here to fight culture wars instead of class war, you are in the wrong place.
3. Intel Usage (Copyright)
Free Dispatches: These are public warnings. Share them, forward them, print them out and leave them in the breakroom.
Paid Deep Dives: This is the intel funded by the community. Please respect the people paying for this operation by not mass-distributing paywalled content. If a coworker needs to see it but can’t afford it, use your Gift Subscription credits.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Skin in the game. Annual plans fund the long-term investigations. Monthly plans keep the lights on.
The “Rent Money” Clause. If you subscribed but genuinely need that money back to pay rent or buy groceries, email me. I don’t want your survival money. We are here to build wealth, not take it from those who need it.
